房间设施有点旧了，早餐不错，员工服务态度很好，特别是前台小妹陈美艳，由于酒店管理细节问题，发生一点不愉快，她能很好的为我提出解决方案，让我有心情继续游览贵州美景，也有信心再次入住贵酒店。

额，科技发展太快了，以前评的星级酒店标准和现在的社会脱节的厉害，除了面积大，道真还不如稍微现代化点的酒店，而且前台服务很不满，没笑容的，这是五星级酒店的服务？抖音泰国那个女的都比这靠谱，一路从江西开车过来，这家酒店是一路上体验最差最差的，在我住过的几十家各个省份的五星级里综合设施和服务稳居倒数第一，这个真的超级超级超级一般，一般到比大理以前唯一的五星风花雪月服务都差，最多非省会城市四星标准，最多最多了，自费的话强烈强烈强烈不推荐。
