前台态度太差，飞机是五点半的飞机，打电话和前台好言相求说两点退房，帮忙迟一点，结果前台直接说不行，也不说去问下经理，帮忙通融下，让人好不舒服！房间暖气不行，房间好冷，让师傅修了一天的地暖师傅也没修好，还说已经修好了，住了两晚，两个人都冻感冒了！
