晚上10点多到的酒店，房间里已经开好夜床，放好了水果和点心，冰箱里的饮料也全部免费，香格里拉的服务确实严格按标准。不过，服务人员缺乏一些热情，虽然礼貌用语、服务流程一个都不少，严格按标准程序，但不知怎么就是没有一种让人心暖的感觉。酒店装修年代稍早，但使用上没有什么不顺。早餐一般。
