环境很好，很干净，服务热情，我们带着孩子，三个大人，一个小孩住着很温馨，很舒服，也很干净！前台有一个瘦瘦高高的小哥哥，我给他的服务打100分，总体来说满分，性价比超高的一家酒店

很好的体验，价格很好，感觉很满意。酒店各方面都很好，环境、位置、停车、设施、卫生、服务、人性化考虑等等，都是同类连锁酒店的佼佼者。比很多三四星级的连锁酒店不遑多让。前台和楼层服务姐们都很真诚热情，特别表扬下前台接待小姐姐。

大力推荐，和老公来旅游，直接搜索到这，进来的第一感觉很有艺术气息，大厅有一排书柜，吧台小哥哥很帅，很温柔，进入大厅就有一股淡淡的清香，房间非常干净，床很软，很舒服，我有一点小洁癖但这感觉很好，有来出差的强力推荐，以后还会继续来住

朋友帮我选的，性价比很高的酒店，房间简洁舒适商务风十足，大堂的书吧挺好，是一个有故事有渊源有文化的一家江南酒店，少了很多商业气。服务也是属于主观为客的。下次住店因该还是会选择花居，支持这样的酒店！

出差过来入住，看到这家店，前台的服务很好，进门很礼貌，和工作人员了解后知道是一家新开业的酒店，还是很不错的，性价比很高。问工作人员后面了解钱塘家大潮当天没有 感觉这次出差留下了遗憾！不过房间还是很好的给赞
