床太硬，最差劲的是今天服务员进来说被子烫了个洞，要索赔，我就日了，他铺床把洞铺里面我怎么可能发现，难道进屋先把沙发床柜子椅子仔细检查一遍吗？我是来住宿休息的好吗，再说我都不抽烟没火，强行使坏吗？这样我是不是可以报警或者投诉？住过很多酒店，从来不挑酒店的毛病，也没碰到过黑店，还没退房，退过之后再来评论
