酒店应该是河池最好的酒店，入住拿了房卡，但开不了门，说是酒店升级，打不开电视，叫人来看一下，来人态度很生硬，总的酒店服务欠缺一点，我想应该是这个地方太落后，经济欠发达的原因

前台及楼层服务员都挺实在和热情，但有点培训不够的感觉。房间设施不错，卫生也好。但是地下停车场的入口标示不清，晚上不容易发现，停车场电梯间有点脏和乱，能改进就好了。早餐太简单。在河池这间酒店还是比较好的，总体感觉不错。
