因为特殊原因不能前往，多次好好沟通都坚决不肯退费！肯定是平时生意太差，现在捞一点是一点，作为一名优质艺龙客户，信誉一直很好，遭此待遇，只能差评，无论酒店实际品质如何，但该酒店给人的感觉，只能是——无良商人！

酒店环境设施都挺不错，就是刚办理入住时被告知不含早餐不包停车费时有点小诧异。不含早餐在订酒店的时候已经了解了。只是酒店不包停车费还是觉得很意外。并且拿房卡的时候前台要求交了一百块钱的押金，表示也是第一次住酒店遇到房卡需要交押金的，虽然退房时会退还押金，却也觉得心里有些不太舒服。总体来说还不错了。
