The check-in counter lady doesn't seem understand English; I asked for kettle and further discribed that is a container for boiling water but she still didn't understand - until her colleague at another counter fed-up and told her that is :"Cha-Bou" in Cantonese. She was misundertood and sent a heater!Luckily she didn't send cattle!

因要去香港演艺学院看表演，和与亲戚到铜锣湾喝茶。于是选湾仔的酒店。又因觉得性价比高，看到反馈意见还不错，就通过艺龙预定。同时，还考虑到艺龙有消费劵奖，所以就通过艺龙订了。住下后觉得真的是物有所值，港币550，在湾仔这地头房间有20来平方已经很不错。前台的服务也快捷明了。下次来还住这。关键是交通很方便，地铁站就过两街口，附近吃的和酒吧也不错。

在香港来说，这样的价格可以有如此大的房间和如此大的双人床非常少见，房间内的一切设施都让人感觉很温馨。出行也非常方便。

总体还是可以的，订酒店的时候艺龙说不可以确定大床，要到酒店才可以要求，这方面艺龙做得还不够好，但是到了酒店check in的时候，前台说没有标准大床，就给我免费升级了商务套房，可能是淡季的原因吧。香港服务行业的态度还是很好的。
