价格是平时的2倍，赶上春节前大批游客抵港，无烟楼层，进门一股浓烈的烟味和潮湿味道，气味极其恶劣。比起之前的华丽尖沙咀，太差了。礼宾服务态度非常好。楼层接近顶楼不说，房间味道太差，价格在国内住五星都没问题，来了这么多次香港，不喜欢人多狭小的空间。房间太失望了。完全没有性价比，大家不要住，还好办公，凑活睡，早早离开。房也没得换，太恶心了。再也不会选择BW这个牌子。房间小设施旧其实没多大关系，但是给客人无烟楼层却有烟味的房间实在无法忍受，有害健康，这点太失望了。后悔一万次。never

逛街方便。酒店老旧。到处张贴的环保理念让人怀疑没有更换床单和浴巾。没有暖气，嫌冷要亲自打电话要被子。
