酒店的服务和环境还是很好的，性价比高，位置方便，只是艺龙平台太垃圾了，客服也是真差劲，每次打电话都是忽悠，由于政府人员原因签证延迟，说好的开了出入境的证明可以申请退房，结果又不可以，你可以直接说不可以，搞得人家白跑一趟开证明，以后再也不用艺龙平台订酒店

地理位置好，一出油麻地E出口，右转过第一个红绿灯再转到对面马路就看见了，约10分钟这样的路程。房间有23平米，对于寸土寸金的香港来说很难得，卫生干净，性价比高

位置挺好的，距离地铁站也很近，房间也不错。就是大堂服务很一般，反复强调不能做这个，不能做那个，生怕别人把他的酒店弄脏了似的。
