这次入住体验非常不好，晚上11点到酒店，进房间发现地上一大滩水，联系前台，安排工作人员上来查看。看了后什么都没说就走了，还要我自己拉着行李去前台。现在房间里handy没有了，洗漱用品都不补充，太差了。

我坐永东巴士过去的，在铜锣湾站下车拐个弯就到了，非常近！酒店离逛街的地方很近，步行到SOGO或者地铁站也就十分钟的路程～唯一有点不好就是每次出行都要经过人行天桥～酒店服务也不错～房间内装修比较新，应该是近几年翻新过，就是洗澡的地方有点窄，要站在浴缸里面～如果想要过来铜锣湾逛街买东西，这是不错的选择，推荐！
