住过两次了，位置合适，所以选择。对凯悦的酒店比较喜欢所以挑了这。但和国内的比还差了点。办理入住真的很慢。。房间也比较旧

位置不错，边上就是地铁站，出行方便。
办理入住太慢，比银行办事还慢。服务不错，和大陆的同品牌酒店不能比。

特别好，客服及前台服务以及酒店硬件都很好，只有L层咖啡厅服务员态度冷漠，酒店有班车到尖沙咀，到港就住这里
