先说明下，我是预付定单，入住房间也还满意，不满意是因为开发票，退房时就拖延没有给开，让中午去拿，中午拿时金额居然不对，少给开了24元，又让留下，说给补寄！对不起，没时间和你们在这耗着！所以给个差评，希望今后能改善！

很不错的一家酒店，首先就是给人舒适感，干净，卫生。其次服务人员很热心，到华山后排车接到酒店，并耐心细致介绍华山旅游，对所有问题都一一回答，无论啥时候问都可以得到满意答案，不厌其烦，非常感谢！

酒店位置离华山很近，房间设施是新的，空间宽敞、干净。特别是沐浴喷头水流给力，舒服。吃饭也很方便。总之非常满意。

提前预定的特价房，入住很满意，和正常房间一样。
接站司机小张师傅很热情，旅游经理是个美女没问姓什么，人特别好，很敬业，介绍线路很清晰。
我是入住当晚在这美女经理这儿买好了第二天所需所有门票、车票、缆车票，省去爬山当天在售票窗口排队。
买了两份早餐，在景区，以卫生能吃饱为标准，还可以。
前台给送两瓶水、一副手套、一份地图。
华山很美，关中很惊喜！

这家店不错，环境舒适，离华山很近，有湖水小亭，设计得蛮有特色。自助餐虽然简单，也很可口。
