服务比较差，预订好的房到店没有了，住酒店第一次遇到这种情况。第二天换房未通知，不经过允许动客人的东西，感觉很不好。房间矿泉水未标注收费，服务员也未提示，退房时直接扣款，无语。比较满意的是卫生好。
