  房间设施很好，地理位置不错离海亮广场和维多利很近，办入住时前台员工Dora小南态度很好很有礼貌，送到房间后还会为我介绍房间的备品及床品，房间还送了水果，晚上吃完饭回来看到还开了夜床送了小礼品。吃早餐的时候感觉餐厅有一点点冷，服务员态度有点冷漠，虽然疫情期间戴着口罩，但是笑不笑时可以看得到的，退房时Dora小南还为我叫了车，简直非常的贴心了，强烈推荐大家选择中心皇冠假日酒店 🚗 交通：good 🧹卫生：good 🍃环境：good 🔔服务：good

  环境优美，地理位置好，交通方便，房间舒适卫生，前台服务人员Una很热情，宾客服务经理Sue乐于提供各种帮助，早餐丰富。设施很人性化，窗外风景好。有特别的开床服务，很帮的入住体验。

  春节期间非常愉快的一次入住，距离市中心很近，旁边就是青城公园，吃饭购物逛街都非常方便。房间大小还可以，目测40平左右，新酒店装修比较现代，空气净化器，加湿器，电动马桶什么的，很赞。尤其是房间里拖鞋特别柔软，特别感谢客房的刘俊燕大姐，服务真的特别热情。自助晚餐吃的很开心，无限零点，方式非常的不同，菜品也很棒。以后肯定常来。

  深夜入住，从一进门办理入住时就能感到服务满满，Frank（应该没看错的话）专业高效，很快的为我办理了入住，黄头发的帅气礼宾员也主动帮我提拿行李。进到房间后倍感温馨，夜床服务真的是略感惊喜，加湿器和空气净化器也全都已经打开，让我安心入睡无忧虑。总之一句话，呼市的皇冠假日酒店很棒👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻非常值得推荐！

  我期待已久的皇冠假日酒店终于开了，抱着期待的心情来到酒店，果然没有让我失望，一进入酒店就看到摆放了很多免洗手消毒液及测温机等防疫措施，一下就让我感觉到了可以安心自在的入住啦，进入大厅，全是爱马仕的背景墙，大厅装修也很现代风格，给人感觉特别时尚及精致！前台的各位小哥哥小姐姐颜值都很抗打，服务也很热情，办理完入住还把我送到了房间，很感谢，酒店房间卫生很干净，尤其卫生间马桶特别方便，马桶是全自动的，马桶可以一直加热奥，我过来的时候忘记拿充电器了，把手机直接放在房间的闹铃上就可以充电，给大家强力的安利一下哈~还有酒店的健身房是24小时的，随时都可以去，这次的入住整体感受是很棒的！
