服务非常差。我是第二次入住，第一次感觉还可以。第二次却遇到奇葩服务。过年期间本想住两晚，但是跟前台要多加一床被子却遭到拒绝，理由是屋里很暖，屋里只有一张床所以不可以加被子，如果是因为两个人想要两床被子，那就早该定标间。没听过更扯淡的理由。愤怒之下，夜里十二点退房改住其他酒店。这就是一个不指望有回头客的三流招待所。卫生条件也不好，地毯污渍重重，被褥有异味并且发黄。跟前台沟通无果，前台有恃无恐还说你投诉我去啊。谢谢这个叫格日乐的前台，真给内蒙人丢脸，还好意思说自己姓云。
