设施相当陈旧，基本上所有的木质东西都爆皮了。没有免费的矿泉水，全部收费，这点来讲还不如快捷酒店。没有浴袍，冰箱长期不插，插上后才发现，前低后高，门都开不开……而且竟然从冰箱地下发现了一颗已经风干的山楂似的东西，好嘛，这卫生做的……最不能让人忍受的——厕所下水道的味道非常大！出门如果不关厕所门，你回屋基本上甭想待！卫生间灯设计不好，晚上如厕开灯会把床上照的很亮，影响家人休息，而且浴室无门，看似干湿分离，实则洗完澡后卫生间也是湿一地……

设施陈旧，洗手间下水道返味儿严重，没有单独包装的沐浴液、洗发液，无润肤露、护发素，没有介绍中的熨斗、熨衣板、浴衣，注意，介绍中的瓶装水是收费的！是大桶的农夫山泉，十八元一桶，这在我住过的酒店里真的很少见，连一百多元的快捷酒店都提供免费的两瓶水，而这里……呵呵了。冰箱长期不插电，用时感觉四个腿不平稳。床垫是比较硬的那种。房间内的灯光设计的很差，照明不是很充足，晚上睡觉时没有夜灯，而且起夜方便时，洗手间的灯光会照到卧室，且很亮。
酒店室外停车场有人值守，车位充足，据说还有地下，停车不是问题。办理入住比较迅速。

外国人不能住在这个酒店。服务差，房间一般，经历好像不会普通话。好酒店在胡浩特比较多，千万不住这里
