地理位置好，环境幽美。就在惠州西湖里面 。步行出大门5分钟 就可以到对面的桥西市场 买道地的惠州特产。服务态度好，唯一比较不好的就是 房间的隔音效果比较差。这一点如果能改善就更好了。

望湖楼都不可以开窗的，这栋楼只有两个标间，都看不到湖的！这一点我上当受骗了。设施好旧噢，政府开会怎么住的下去。周末这栋楼就我们两个标间有人，还没热水，汗。也就觉得在湖里好，空气好些。准备睡觉，希望退房前不要在暴露毛病了
