还未进去时在外面看到酒店很气派，谁知到要四处问人才在一栋楼三楼的一个小房间里找到该酒店的所谓前台，然后又被告知没有我的订单。经过打了十几分钟的电话给同程客服才落实房间，但我们一大家人6个房间被分配在一个小区内五栋不同的楼层内，房间设施简陋，浴室内没有装玻璃，浴室与床就只有一个百叶窗帘作间隔，连烧水的壶都无法正常使用，有两间房间连条毛巾都没有。沙滩是对外开放的公共沙滩，外面的人随便就能进来游泳，海面上没有任何的防护设置。说明一下，这里是黑沙沙滩，如果期望雪白沙滩的慎选，因为我个人就无法接受黑黑的感觉，好像很脏一样。

1.电视令房的时候看不了 要打电话才来修

找到3栋，被告知入住在4栋，只能电话让对方下楼来接，住的是7栋，两个电梯经常有一个是坏的，晚上还试过从15楼走楼梯走下来，让人很无语。好的是，房间卫生还算干净。一下楼就能入沙滩，沙里面贝壳跟石块很多，浪大，水母也多

看着非常有规模的一个酒店，其实里面是十几个分管经营的酒店。找得晕乎乎的，前台和房间不在同一栋。所谓的N单元就是N栋。酒店房间看海还是不错的，沙滩也可以。
