酒店位置非常好，周边超市、商店、餐馆很多。交通很方便，去惠州汽车站、火车站、机场、西湖、红花湖等地都有直达公交车。房间设施不错，地板、卫生间清洁，床上用品干净且较新。前台服务女士热情周到，还给我们升级了1.8米的大床房，让我们有回家的感觉。下次去惠州还会住佰思特公寓酒店。

店家存在强制消费 欺骗诱因消费的嫌疑 网上预定的房间 到了地方竟然没有指示标志 通过电话沟通根本就找不到所谓的房间 压根就没入住酒店 竟然全额扣除房费 大半夜的作为外来人员 对你酒店本来就不熟悉 酒店没有做到诚信经营理念 来者是客为宗旨 恶意欺骗手段 且态度蛮横 没尽责尽力做到服务于客户 起码的尊重都没有 大半夜的也没说到酒店楼下接下或是指引下方向 对于这样的黑心商家表示不满 本人出差快一个月整天都是住的酒店 第一次在广州这个大都市遇到这样无良知 且蛮横无理之酒店
