很好的酒店，要为服务点赞。入住2623和2635遇到的保洁阿姨会主动打招呼，带了宠物还有狗窝和玩具提供。泳池人不多，水干净，已经预订续住了～

房间安排在五楼，差评，本来来这住就是看重这里的湖景，没想到房间阳台的围墙高到脖子位置，两边还有两个大柱子，这还怎么看湖景？阳台门没纱门，很不方便，开着有蚊子，关上又闷热。还有，洗手间浴室都没有排气扇，心情郁闷

房间阳台为什么没有纱窗门，关上玻璃门又太闷，开着又有蚊子，纠结死。还有，洗手间浴室都没有排气扇。总体过得去而已，但是在五星酒店里算比较一般的！
