酒店房间很小，房屋内有一股怪怪的发霉的味道，经历一次换房，后换的房间无味道是因为窗户边密封不严，漏风。前台服务很较差，专注各种借口和解释却不肯配合解决问题。另外关于开发票，在携程付款用户，住宿费用的发票由携程开具，酒店只负责开具在酒店的其它消费，不含住宿费。太不方便了！要站在消费者的立场考虑事情！
