雷迪森酒店周边环境非常好，很适合休闲渡假。本来是订的是园景房，但前台接待茆少鹏根据房屋情况，给免费调成湖景房，非常暖心！朋友来湖州时一定推荐。

住过最差的一次五星级，（没有之一）
真是败坏了雷迪森的所有名声...可能以前还算不错，但是现在看看这些硬件，比杭州的如家都有所不如...门口没有行李员甚至连迎宾都没有，前台坐着服务，客户站着等待，这在国内五星级独一家，床单被套破到有补丁，有奇怪痕迹，餐厅的宝宝椅老得像上个世纪的，隐形纱窗既不能开也不能关，还是破的..不一一例举了，愿意入坑的可以去试试..
