酒店的位置很好，房间比较小，设施还可以。但我们一行当中有人睡一觉后就过敏了。退房时收了22元，也不告知是什么消费。打电话询问前台，一句不知道了事。因为还是要在酒店等车，索性询问前台，说有个房间消费了瓶水，一个房间消费了洗漱用品。问题，我们并没有动过哦。既然收了钱，为什么不问我们是否带走？来问到起了嘛，态度不好，还让自己去房间取。明显的挖坑埋我们。预定好了，就打电话给前台说明我们会晚到。可是到酒店的时候，工作人员先数落我们一通，说我们要主动多次确认。试问，你的工作人员出问题，怎么怪我们头上来？难道订单里没有留下客人的电话？你们不会主动确认吗？幸好到得巧，不然房间可能都没有了。如有下回，肯定不住！
