来西塘无意间找到了这家酒店，环境、服务、设施都是不错的！刚开始定了悸动房型，我觉得离大堂太近，老板遵循我意见补了差价换了栗梅。一道暗门进去是一个独院，独院很幽静，里面就一个房间—栗梅。进去房间很大，房间外面还有一个室外温泉浴缸，里面也有一个可以容纳两人的浴缸。老板很有心，浴缸配备了一次性塑料袋，很卫生，还有马桶也有配备一次性马桶垫，也很有心。用的设施也挺有层次，电器都是飞利浦的，音乐播放器是BOSS的，总之都不错，掌柜很热心，下次来西塘还住浮兮

店家人真的超级棒，有耐心脾气又棒，我们很晚打电话麻烦店家，都非常热心的帮忙解决问题。 房子很有文艺风格，特别喜欢二楼的露台，可以一览西塘风光。浴缸也很大，还准备了一次性的浴膜，十分贴心。
