这次比较失望，酒店跟预想的大不一样，阳台推开就是施工工地，一下子感觉特别不舒服，酒店的早饭比较简单，吃的东西太少了，而且还要走很远。

这家的好我就不夸了，说些不足吧。1.房间窗台两次出现很大的臭虫。2.房间里的按摩浴缸的按摩孔肯定很久没用了，放出来的气体搞得浴缸放出来的水都是黑的。3.早餐差，煎饺没了也不补。4.订单说好的2点退房，前台服务人员却死活不肯，几次三番和我搞，不愿同意，最后我出示了订单给他看，才算勉强承认。5.房间不提供儿童洗漱用品，只有成人的。6.我们带着婴儿，推着婴儿车，却给我们一间没有电梯的房间，整个酒店就两间房没电梯，就给我们了，退房时拎着个超重的大箱子下楼，也没工作人员帮忙。

入住的是五道禅院书房，很贴切的主题，也有独立的池子，一家三口正好，不过小池子是温泉池，大池子是泳池，不是温泉池，早饭也没有想象的那么丰盛，但是住别墅还可以去隔壁的温泉中心免费一次，温泉中心很好，可以推荐去。服务员很热心，总之是一场不错的放松之旅
