服务到位，房间空间大。看到之前有人反映的地漏臭气的问题，第一天下午入住时有发现，真的很臭，但是晚上回来就没有了。服务员打扫非常勤快，早上一段早饭的功夫就全打扫好了。对孩子也很好，有儿童拖鞋和牙刷提供。酒店地理位置也很好，在嘉兴植物园边上，走走很不错。

酒店设施不错，房间很大，卫生间地漏有味需解决，入住当晚酒店洗澡热水出现问题，当晚连个热水澡都没洗成，第二天早上起来才洗上澡，也没有人为此道歉。
