住过最没有服务意识的五星酒店了，前台全程黑脸就不说了，入住一小时后刚把娃哄睡，突然一个大妈就刷房卡冲进来！吓我一跳，我还以为是不是别人拿错房卡！结果。。。大妈直接冲到里面按空调，我说你干嘛，她理直气壮地说我来调空调温度，说完就走人了，我还没来得及问你怎么不敲门！我爸妈住另一间也说一个大妈就直进直出的！恐怖！客人一点隐私也没有了！第二天我们八点半到餐厅用早餐，都见底了也不补，服务人员也都是爱答不理的样子。想着大过年也不要怄气了，结账时还告知没有发票，留下地址寄过来，反正我至今还没收到，希望有个说法，也不要辜负你们五星的招牌。

新年和朋友一起入住，在南湖边，周边环境没有话说，但是房间里的设施陈旧，浴巾 毛巾硬旧好久没换了，洗澡水不热，特别有一间房在水泵边噪音，一晚没睡好，水又小，只能到其他房间用水，总之觉得和房价不符！
