服务人员都很热情，跟朋友来乌镇玩得很开心～

酒店设施比较陈旧 房间还算干净 过年没怎么涨价 也算良心商户了 而且是乌镇旅游集团连锁酒店 因此可以办两日出入证 这点挺不错的 不过建议西栅去一次就够了 离西栅挺远的

酒店就在东栅景区斜对门，交通方便，而且是为数不多几个可以办理西栅两日不限次数通行证的景区外酒店。总体设施比较旧了，但装潢很有乌镇古香古色的感觉
