位于济南奥体附近，作为济南的消费水平，酒店定价并不低，酒店式公寓的格局，随带厨房但没有锅具，洗衣机卫生间设施设备都不错。值得赞扬的是室内装修还颇有品位，卫生整洁，让人摆脱了对公寓式卫生差的固有印象。
