提前10多天定了房间，前一天我主动打电话给酒店确认，说给我留了房间，结果第二天去住的时候就说没房了，可能因为第二天山大有考试，酒店趁机卖高价房，就在我们在前台纠缠期间，来了两个人住店，前台就要300多！后来打电话给艺龙投诉了，客服联系了酒店经理，才给我开了房间，非常感谢艺龙，10分钟内就处理好了事情，毕竟在前台等着的时间很难熬。客观来说，房间设置得还比较科学，大床房的床也很大，就是卫生打扫得不是特别干净，踩死了一只小蟑螂。总之，不会再去住了。
