在艺龙上面定的房间，太扯了，一到酒店先看了下酒店内环境特差，房间味道刺鼻，难以入住……购置了取消或变更订单的保险，没有办法变更或取消，打酒店电话告知找艺龙平台处理，打艺龙平台告知找保险公司，打保险公司告知没办法处理，不在保险理赔范围内，真是坑人……
