优点：1、服务员喊铃及时，立即赶到，解决问题。查房仔细，归还客人遗失物品。2、房间卫生尚可。
缺点：1、看不到星级酒店的标记，艺龙上标的是四星，感觉不行，最多二星半的标准。2、总台服务人员整体从业标准低，没有笑脸，态度冷漠，一问三不知，四星级酒店的总台人员可以在早晨工作台内披着衣服躺在椅子上睡大觉。睡眼朦胧地接待客人。3、宣传上说有wifi，可是在房间内根本没有信号，只在大堂能搜到。
