这酒店楼下大厅还可以，房间里装修起码有10年了，空调有声音没制热，卫生间墙上都发霉了，房间很小，早餐还是可以的，看评论说有晚安粥，这个得自己主动问长给不然没送！

这是一个传说。之前看点评并受点评诱导，春节返乡路上打尖。该酒店有A、B楼座之分，我订的酒店并未提示为特价房，反而标优为湖景房。到酒店前台安排我入住B座房间，入住后房间设施让我大失所望，老、旧、破，空调效果很差，一再坚持下给我换了房间，稍微好一些。总之设施令人很失望，失望。好在过程中的服务还可以。令人震惊的是今天退房时，竟然发现A座设施是新装修的，有被骗和上当的感觉！今天是除夕，懒得再计较。不过我再次觉得网上订房***不靠谱，这不是第一次被坑。之前网上订的酒店不是楼层就是房型、窗户等等**问题。网络预订平台再不与酒店约定好，以后鬼还在网上订房！！！

非常好的酒店 隆重推荐 服务好是一方面 信誉很好 免查退房后半小时被电话告知老人的包落在房间了，内有一万两千多元现金 银行卡等物，在此感谢整理房间的服务员和接待的小伙子。
