酒店环境嘛还马马虎虎，但是管理那叫一个“好”，朋友早上8点把房退了，房卡交给了前台，晚上我去结账的时候说没退房要我把当天房费交了，想着是不是朋友忘了，太晚就说第二天早上去处理。第二天早上去了，问了朋友一再确认，最后让我自己去找监控，找了半天找到了，卡确认早上8点就给前台说退房(单间，一张房卡)，最后还说要请示一下房费是不是还要收？？？我都无语了
