该酒店前台接待人员服务态度很好，热心帮忙，给我们提供了方便，早餐品种多且质量不错。房间宽敞明亮，唯一的缺点就是网络信号不好，希望提高。

酒店离昆明火车站比较近，交通比较方便，就是设备陈旧了点，一楼大厅外的环境比较差，房间卫生不是很好，有蚂蚁

酒店离火车站较近，出行较方便，提供早餐，房间也较大，服务也较好，不足之处洗澡水较小，空调晚上会自动关，较热，夏天不建议选。

我们晩上入住时，前台不承认中国护照，没有基本常识或者是宾馆规定有问题，中国护照在全球都承认唯独中国云南省的这个宾馆不承认，我也是醉了。
卫生间没有打扫，马桶上有先前住客的尿滴，十分恶心。
我老公吃了宾馆的早餐，拉肚子两三天。
宾馆这种服务和硬件设施，不配三星，乡镇招待所还要比它好些。
