这家酒店，从它刚刚开业我就开始住了，这么多年，每次去昆明出差，只要是在北市区办事都会入住这里，所以对它还算是熟悉。位置：这附近方圆几里最好的酒店应该就是这家了，紧挨农大，环境幽静，但是出行就不是很方便了；硬件：房间普遍面积都不小，且功能区间划分得很清楚，普通大床房也都有沙发茶几、电脑、衣帽区、独立浴缸等；健身房基本闲置，一共7台设备，只有两台单车是可以使用的。早餐：升级后用餐空间更舒适了，这家酒店的餐饮一直很好的，连早餐里的米线都远胜外面很多小店；服务：这点是这家酒店最大的问题了。前台效率偏低，每个人好像都很忙，但是无序，在慌忙中难免透出不耐烦的情绪对客人，这种情况我多次遇到。建议酒店在员工培训中能对工作流程的有效分工高效运转方面调整一下。客房服务人员基本都很冷淡，迎面碰到从不打招呼。如果单纯作为接待型酒店，业务量不成问题，且无经营压力。可如果想发展壮大升星，那在整体服务意识上必须调整。
