云粮金泉大酒店地理位置不错，处于北京路与穿金路路口的东南位置，地铁2号线D口出来就能看到云粮金泉大酒店的招牌，非常的显眼。我们一家三口坐飞机到达昆明长水机场，坐的是地铁。地铁6号线 → 3号线 → 2号线，地铁6号线（开往东部汽车站方向）坐3站到东部汽车站下；转地铁3号线（开往西山公园方向），坐6站到东风广场站下； 再转地铁2号线（开往北部汽车站方向），坐2站到穿心鼓楼站下，从D口出站，步行约200米即到。我们定的是家庭房，属于老牌的星级酒店，设施偏老旧，不过也还好可以接受，房间比较宽敞，洗浴的水非常不错，水压比较大，春节期间去的，水温也好。离圆通寺、昆明动物园、翠湖公园都比较近，骑个共享单车一会就到了。距离闹市区金马碧鸡坊2.5公里左右，出门左拐200米左右在北京路上坐3路公交，5站在金马坊下车即到，我出门旅游都是自由行，特别喜欢在一个陌生的城市骑着共享单车、坐着当地公交、地铁的感觉。金马碧鸡坊的“老滇味”的什锦凉拌米线10元一碗，超级棒！！家庭房里用的是矿泉水机，可以加热，这点非常不错。酒店出门右拐几米有个兰州拉面铺，味道不错。
