提前一天预订的房间，半夜到店被告知没有房，协调沟通近40分钟才开好房间，差评是给携程的，明明预订了确在酒店前台查不到！！半夜到了又冷又饿，还在大堂站了那么久，还有酒店的热水系统有待改善，水几乎是凉的！

整体环境不错，应该算是莱源最繁华的地界了，酒店整体来说很干净，但是热水太慢了，还有酒店服务角度来说周边餐馆小

房间比较干净，设施简陋像是住在1411房间，房间床垫没有防滑垫床垫到处跑最关键客房从早上4点停热水，向前台要水前台说让找工程部，这样推诿的工作作风，上午9.半才来的水，洗完澡耽误了好多事
