酒店地理位置不错，硬件设施还可以吧，总体上比较干净。酒店停车场比较大，停车方便，适合自驾。早餐品种不多，但是管饱没有问题。在涞源，应该算是性价比比较高的酒店了。
服务人员服务热情，态度不错。但是，宾客一些正常的要求，比如说两人入住，给配两张房卡，这样出入均方便一些，服务人员以酒店有规定只能给配一张房卡加以拒绝，个人觉得有些荒唐。
至于其他方面，个人感觉淋浴水流太小，洗澡不是很方便。

一个字差！空调坏的，怎么设也设不好，晚上热醒好几回。没网，打了两回电话，说没办法就这样。。洗澡水一冷一热，爬了山还洗不了澡。。。枕头有味。。。早餐是我见过最简单的。。。里边有泳池和洗浴中心，不好停车，后来有个车走了才停上。办入住和离店工作人员不专业，尤其办离店两服务员打闹开玩笑。。

酒店很不错，服务很好，订的酒店出些小问题，积极解决了。尤其是大厅的漂亮接待，说话温柔，处理事情很好！早餐基本靠抢，人很多，可以吃饱。总体住宿性价比高。这是入住后补照照片，之前打扫的很干净。

酒店位置在县城中心，停车场大，酒店整洁干净适合朋友一起出游，酒店wifi不给力，就没连接成功过。早餐还可以，吃饱没问题，算不上丰盛。

设施很差，装修老旧，至少十年前的水平，也就是招待所的档次，屋里连瓶矿泉水都没有，也没有直饮水，电视机是纯平的，健身房和游泳池都不开，还500多一晚，对不起这个价格
