卫生极差，都不打扫，凳子脏的没法，刮胡刀里面的润滑液都干了，还潮湿的厉害，还没有停车位。总之恶心。

带小孩出来住酒店必须要户口本吗？满了十岁必须要单开一间房吗？是你们酒店的要求更严格还是有其他的什么原因？全国各地旅游，还是第一次遇到这样的问题。既然要求这样严格，自己就应该做到最好。就应该提高员工素质。

前台某服务态度极差，素质太低，怕被投诉，退房的时候还藏在柜台下面，房间特别不好，纸巾都没有，厕所还漏水，卫生不干净，遍地都是毛，

住了两个晚上，卫生方面还是不错的，床铺干净，周围热闹，餐厅很多。但是房间临街比较吵，还有酒店每个晚上会来查房核对客人信息，都是11点多来敲门，把你吵醒。通向地下车库的电梯是坏的，行李要自己拎下去，很费力气。早餐是我见过最差的没有之一，连快捷酒店都不如。前台服务效率低下也不熟悉业务，希望酒店给予培训。可能是老的酒店，床头居然没有插座孔，手机充电不方便。
