也算是老顾客了，每次去耒阳都住维也纳。今年头一次过去，但是服务质量下降许多。前台办理入住时间长，服务人员重复咨询我还搞不清订单，有点繁琐。明明下订单的时候特意订了早餐，但是当天办理入住也没给我们早餐券，而且我还特意提醒了服务人员我有订早餐的。搞到第二天打电话问前台还得去前台取早餐券，难堪的是又一次让我把订单给他们看，是否真的有早餐券。订单明细里清清楚楚，搞得像是我要骗一餐早餐一样。让人不太舒服，幸好还是我本人下去领的早餐券，换成朋友下去就尴尬了。希望服务提升，业务能力稍微熟练点再上岗吧，有点损品牌形象。

酒店位置在耒阳市（县级市），交通比较便利。出酒店往东，饭店比较多，吃饭方便。酒店4楼有餐厅，可以提供早餐。有一次性拖鞋、洗漱用品，设施比较齐全，也比较新。

从高速下来休息订的，酒店旁边有个水果店，水果不错。宵夜也是出门就行。酒店的停车场免费，负一层灯光不是很好，地板也比较脏。房间大小适中，就是烟味太重了，透气一晚，第二天还没有完全消散，对于气味敏感的我来说有点难受。建议可以设置部份楼层为无烟层。
