真不知道怎么评上的三星级？？热水器坏的，让客服换一个，结果客服说能用就行。浴室的下水道下水不畅，给前台说了，还是没人管。床单、被套、枕套上面黑手印，让人看着很不舒服。

床跟板砖一样硬，一点都不舒服。房间太小了，连一个放电脑的桌子都没有，要宽带干嘛啊
