以前对这家酒店的印象还可以的，住过几次都是到柜台会员号要的房，感觉楼层高空气好，就在步行街出行很方便，吃饭也方便。但是这次在同程网订房就差啦，首先态度不好，不知道是不是换了服务员的原因，再是这个2115房间设备不好，洗手台的洗手盆漏水，洗个脸弄得我裤子湿完，花洒手持的不能用，头上那个大的不是一般的漏水厉害阿，如果不想洗头开水就得跑快点，要不然从头到尾淋得你爽歪歪。沐浴乳按不出来我用手抠的。难道这个房成这样都没人修的吗？有这么多房为啥就要把这间房开出来给我们住？难道就因为我在同程网定的房吗？总之这次住的不满意。忘记照相了
