服务员态度不好！退房给我磨磨唧唧的，电视我都没开过，打扫卫生的阿姨没找到遥控，早上六点一刻我急着赶车，服务员非要我去给她找电视机遥控，我让她扣钱她又不扣，真是奇了怪，房间里面的锁是坏的，没法反锁！抱着希望住进去，带着失望走出来

网上订好了，来酒店告诉我没房间，打电话投诉了，才又给我安排房间，网上定的豪华标间，就算没有房间了，普通标间也行，只要房间干净！开第一间房，马桶上就有蟑螂，然后换了一个房间，谁知道门口那一块蟑螂，烟头都有，然后开电脑，电脑不能用，开空调，空调用不了！真心对这个酒店无语了！要不是开了一天车，太累，大晚上的不想再到处找酒店，真不想住！以后再也不来了！
