多年前来过，风景很棒。现在虽然设施旧了些，但是服务还是那么好。7楼的楼管给我们送来了可以带回家的拖鞋，还有帮我们家儿子叠了小象。很暖心。

虽然设施装修有点陈旧，但环境还是不错的，去半山温泉也有电瓶车接送，服务也挺周到热心，不过早餐10:00就结束收东西了。

1月30号下雪，冰冻，没法去酒店，想要退了另改时间，酒店都不愿意，太不人性了，是雪天，没有办法预料的，也不是我故意取消的，太不人性。最后没去入住，给了房费。

酒店位于天目湖畔，依山傍湖而建，风景如画，设施齐全，温泉、温水游泳池、健身房等一应俱全，停车场较远，但有电动车接送，还算方便。
