酒店环境还好，服务很差，早上早餐没什么吃的，定了2个房间，既然帮安排一个在南面，一个在最北面。真不知道酒店的工作人员有没有培训过。去吧台拿收据的时候态度很差。

房间很大，硬件设施还行。有一个房间有麻将台，是2位老人住的，退房时说麻将台边上有烧坏的地方，硬说是他们弄的，要求赔几百元，争吵后只要求赔50元了。我们家没人打麻将的，2位老人怎么会坐在麻将台边上呢？很怀疑酒店的做法。

很好的酒店，性价比蛮高。还有宝宝弄脏被子查房后也没叫我们赔偿损失 谢谢，有电脑，房间空间也可以。满意。
