打扫卫生不仔细，脸盆上围一圈还有污垢没清理，我自己用肥皂打一圈清理的，床单被罩不是两天一换的，我就看你们三天后换不换，卫生比连锁酒店怎么就不能比呢？

房间大，卫生间偏小，1.8米大床，床单被罩布质非常好，地面那个瓷砖显得不干净，毛巾浴巾布质非常好，热水水压大，房间提供的抽纸不错，刷牙杯和喝水杯干净，中央空调制热不给力（从17度升到22度就上不去了）

一楼没有门面前台，从另一家酒店前厅进去上电梯到11楼，前台服务容易动怒，酒店设施还可以，新的被罩床单，新毛巾浴巾，就是中央空调异响（像雨打窗户的声音），制热效果也不行，卫生间抽风扇异响，泸州的住宿价格比重庆高条件不如重庆
