这么大的酒店，豪华房的设施那么落后，现在都什么年代了，液晶电视都没有，而且都是老式的电机，真的衬托不是金龙泉大酒店招牌！我和前台服务员沟通了一个小时，问可不可以和上级反应这个问题，她们都不肯处理，作为当地导游我安排香港游客住这一次算了，本以为可以长期合作的，没想到……
