客房门刷了两遍都不能打开，上下楼跑了两趟，另外一个住户也遇到房门刷不开的情况;房间wifi都没有，还用的别的房间的，酒店停车位有限，地下停车场是另外一家的，刷卡没有交代清楚，还要付停车费。
